The Golden Globes Awards ceremony is January 10, and we’ve got the three-course menu your favorite stars will be eating! It can’t be easy to prepare a meal for celebrities (most of whom have their own private chefs), but these chefs developed a fabulous looking appetizer, main courses, and desserts!

Starter: California Market Salad

This salad with Asian flavors looks incredible. Heirloom cherry tomatoes, charred Japanese eggplant, baby bok choy, and radishes combine in this vegetarian starter for a mouth-watering salad. The eggplant is charred over flames for a smoky, grilled flavor.

The award show went with healthy side dishes to accompany the heavy main courses. Sweet potatoes make a fantastic pair to most meals with their natural syrupy flavors that emerge once they’re roasted. The fact that they are covered in a creamy corn glaze makes them that much more delectable.

Main Course: Filet of Beef with Marinara Crust and Slow-Roasted Black Garlic Steelhead Trout

We love trout as a main course, because there are so many things you can do with this delicious fish. This trout is slow-roasted in black garlic —could you ask for a more mouth-watering main course? Taking center stage will be the filet of beef with a marinara crust. Serving options of beef or fish is always a good idea for a dinner party, because it satisfies both meat eaters and a pescatarians.
